Jace Trimmer - Founder of RepsAndSteps

From Struggle to Strength

My name is Jace Trimmer. I'm a state high school wrestler, 7-year military veteran (11B Infantry, Air Assault qualified, trained for Special Forces), and someone who has dedicated 30+ years to physical fitness.

But my biggest achievement isn't what I've accomplished—it's who I've become.

On April 13, 2020, I stopped drinking. For 6 years, I've been sober—no turning back.

That moment changed everything. It gave me clarity to discover my true passions: my family, my children, and the idea of helping others transform their lives through fitness.

  • Military: 7 years active duty, Infantry specialist, Air Assault qualified
  • Fitness: 30+ years training and coaching friends & family
